Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Faceless Video Creator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service uses AI to generate short-form video content, including scripts, AI voiceover, AI-generated visuals, and captions, based on topics and settings you choose.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service, or at least 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account you confirm that this is the case. We may suspend or delete an account we believe belongs to someone below the minimum age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights or policies of any third-party platform you publish to (including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

In particular, you may not use the Service to:

• create any sexual content, and never any content that sexualises a minor. We refuse such requests automatically, may close the account, and report content involving the sexual exploitation of children to the authorities where the law requires;
• impersonate a real person, or present invented statements, events or images of a real, identifiable person as real;
• clone or imitate the voice of anyone other than yourself without that person's permission, or use a cloned voice to deceive;
• harass, threaten or target a private individual.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription plan, you own the videos, scripts, and other content generated for you through the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and the policies of any platform you publish to.

Because content is AI-generated, we cannot guarantee originality, accuracy, or that it is free of third-party rights. You publish generated content at your own risk.

If you choose to connect a YouTube (or other supported platform) account, you authorize us to upload videos you generate to that account on your behalf, using the title, description, and privacy settings you specify. You can disconnect this access at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party platform.

Everything the Service makes is AI-generated. Where a platform provides a way to say so, videos we post for you are marked as AI-generated or synthetic content, and you agree not to remove or contradict that label.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits are added each billing month according to your plan, and unused credits carry over.

By subscribing or buying credits you ask us to start providing the Service immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you agree that this waives your 14-day right to withdraw from the contract once you have used the Service; the refund policy below applies instead.

Every video you render costs us money the moment it runs, so refunds are limited rather than unconditional:

• First payment. Your first subscription payment is fully refundable if you ask within 7 days of it and the account has used 5 credits or fewer.
• Renewals. Renewal payments are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next charge. As a courtesy we refund a renewal charged within the last 48 hours if no credits have been used since it.
• Credit packs. A credit pack is refundable while none of its credits have been used.
• Failed renders. A render that fails or stalls returns its credits to your balance automatically. That is not a refund request; it happens on its own.
• Otherwise payments are final, except where the law of your country requires a refund.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Disputing a charge with your bank instead of asking us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is open.

The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

We respect intellectual property and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement, including under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content made with or shown on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: your contact details; a description of the work you say is infringed; the URL or location of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and may close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any consequences of publishing AI-generated content to third-party platforms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may pay you for short videos you post about the Service on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts (the "Paid Reel Program", at /earn). An approved reel earns $5, plus $20 for every 100,000 views it has when we review it. These amounts may change; a reel is paid at the rate shown when it is approved.

• The reel must be about the Service, made by you, and posted on an account you control.
• You must disclose it as advertising, using the platform's paid-partnership label or #ad, as advertising law requires (including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides). An undisclosed reel is not eligible.
• Fake, purchased or automated views, bots, and reposting another person's content are not allowed and may lead to rejection and account termination. We may ask for proof of views.
• We count views once, when we review the reel, and each reel is reviewed once. We may reject any submission at our discretion, and our review and view count are final.
• Approved reels are paid by PayPal, normally monthly, to the email address you give us. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive, and we may ask for tax information before paying. We are not responsible for a payment sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• The program is a reward for posting, not employment, and is not a promise of any income. You are an independent creator, not our employee, agent or representative.
• We may change or end the program at any time; reels already approved will still be paid. Deleting your account deletes your submissions, including any not yet paid.
